You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement
Here in Uglybell we always want you be happy with your purchases and we follow a flexible returns policy. Whether you received a defective product, or there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request a replacement or a refund of your money, as long as the following are met:
- Product returns can be accepted within 15 days from the receiving day of your package.
- Product must be purchased exclusively from our website www.uglybell.com
- Products that are not in the original condition cannot be accepted. This means that the product must be :
- Any damage to lenses and frame.
- NOT used in any way.
- Packaging has not been damaged
4) Defective products can be replaced with the same products or equal price products, after consultation with us
A) In case of a return to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example, if you received a different product than the one you ordered) to complete the return of the item you want-if the terms and conditions above are right :

- In case of a defective product, it is necessary to send us a photo of the item with email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we have a better picture in order to communicate with you.
- It is important a secure packaging of the product to protect it during shipping
- If the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the parcel according to the way you received it :
- by ACS courier and recipient charge or
- in consultation with us to talk about an appointment in our showroom and find another product of equal value that suits you.
B) In case you want to return a product because you have changed your mind, and as long as the conditions mentioned above are met, you can choose any shipping company you want, since the shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer and not by Uglybell.
Alternatively, you can choose to send the product with ACS courier and charge the recipient. Your subsequent charge will be 5 euros, regardless of product volume.
And in this case the following steps apply:

- Package the product to protect it during shipping.
- Ship the parcel exactly as the way you received it :
a) by ACS courier and consignee charge. The subsequent charge will be 5 euros, regardless of the volume of the product or
b) in consultation with us to make an appointment in our showroom to return it and find another product of equal value that suits you.
