CARE AND CLEANING
As with any quality product, proper care will enhance and prolong the usefulness of your glasses and protect your investment.
For optimal performance, rinse your glasses daily in warm water. Use a mild liquid dish soap to wash each lens surface if necessary. Dry using a clean, soft, absorbent cloth. Do not use paper-based products to clean your lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners, soaps or detergents that may leave any deposits on the lens. Do not use tissues with added lotion, silicone or other cleaning agents because they risk leaving a film on the lens.

Product Returns
a) in all cases in which, through the proven fault of Uglybell, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damage in transit, after expert evaluation or signed testimony, or poor packaging); and
b) in all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by Uglybell.
This provision does not cover products covered by guarantees of third parties, such as the manufacturer of the product or its representative.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt.
