At Uglybell we always want you to be happy with your orders and we follow a flexible returns policy, always in accordance with existing legislation. Whether you have received a defective product, or there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request a replacement or a refund of the money you have spent, provided that the following conditions are met:
Return conditions:
1. Product returns can be accepted within a period of time 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must have been purchased exclusively from our website www.uglybell.com
3. Under no circumstances can a product be accepted that is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:
a. Have NO damage to the lenses and the frame.
b. Not have been used in any way.
c. the packaging has not been damaged.
4. The defective product is replaced with the same product or a product of the same value if available, in consultation with us.
Return procedure
A. In case of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example, if you received a different product from the one you ordered) to complete the return of the item and if the conditions mentioned above are met:

2. In case of a defective product it is necessary to send us a photo of the defective product at info@uglybell.com so that we can get a better picture in our communication with you.
3. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
4. In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel according to the way you received, i.e.: a) by ACS courier and chargeable to the recipient or b) in consultation with us to make an appointment in our showroom to return it and see another product of equal value that suits you.
B. In case you want to return a product because you changed your mind, and provided that the conditions mentioned above are met, you can choose any shipping company you wish, since the shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer and not by Uglybell.
Alternatively, you can choose to send the product with ACS courier and charging the recipient. Your subsequent charge will be 5 euros, regardless of product volume.

4. **The return process has an average duration of 5 – 10 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
